This is where I present your complete, personalized health plan based on everything we discussed in your initial evaluation. In this 45-60 minute in person (or virtual) visit, you'll receive: - Your personalized health roadmap with a clear path to success - Lab work recommendations - Custom supplement protocol tailored to your body - Clear action steps for food, movement, habits, mindset, and support - Time to ask questions and make sure you fully understand your plan You'll walk away with complete clarity on what's happening in your body, a roadmap you can actually follow, and confidence in your next steps. This session is included with your In Person Comprehensive Evaluation - you don't need to book or pay for it separately. After receiving your plan, many clients continue with Unlimited Monthly Support ($99/month) for ongoing accountability and real-time adjustments as they implement their roadmap.
